Problem with your order?

If your order has a problem, contact us at support@happymaternity.com or through our contact page. 

Do not ship back item(s) without authorisation through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

Solution: We replace it!

If you receive your product from us with these issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your photo documentation of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

What items are non-refundable?

-Sale Priced Items
-Breast Pads / Panties

Are there any charges for return?

-There is a 10% restocking fee on product subtotal (waived with Store Credit)

-Original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable

-You are responsible for return shipping fees

 
I need to make any exchange?

1st Option (fast)
-Purchase the replacement item(s)

-Make a return on the items you don’t need

-Add your new order number to the return authorisation request to have the restocking fee waived

-A full refund will be issued for product total to original payment method when the return is received

-Assuming if your new purchase value is lower than your return value, the difference will be refunded in Store Credit

2nd Option (slower)
-Return your items for a store credit with restocking fee waived

-Store Credit code will be emailed to you for product total upon receipt of your return items

-Purchase any exchange items with the Store Credit code (3-months validity)

How do I return?

-Enter your order number and email address and click Find Your Order on this page

-Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return

-You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

IMPORTANT: Add your tracking number to the return authorization system once shipped.

-We must receive your item within 30 days from your order date.

-Please ensure original packaging and tag is intact.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected with original packaging, as brand new, with original tag intact, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days. If a store credit is requested, a checkout code will be emailed to you immediately.

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a package. You can use the box/package the items arrived in or another package, if you prefer.

2. Go to local post office, or another courier of your choice, to ship the package, return shipping fees are your responsibility on returns. We do not supply return shipping labels as customers may have a carrier preference. 

3. Add the tracking number from the post office or courier to the return authorization system. This can be found on your post office receipt. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email updates for the shipment.

IMPORTANT: without carrier tracking and if we do not receive your item(s), a refund cannot be issued.

4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
